A mobile boba bar is brought directly to your location for an unforgettable guest experience.


Ideal for events seeking a full-service experience with professional staff handling all beverage preparations.


Includes

Professional baristas will serve, mix, and pour the beverages.

Cups, lids (choice of flat top or dome lids), straws, ice, and thermal stickers.


Service Duration

Up to 2 hours

Additional Hours: Available at a maximum of 3 hours total service time.

Greater than 100 guests will require additional baristas.


Price: +$350 in addition to the number of gallons chosen


Maximum Capacity: Scalable based on guest count with additional baristas.

SELF SERVE STATION


Guests will have the opportunity to create their own drinks.

Ideal for events where guests prefer flexibility and interaction in creating their own drinks.

Includes

Complete station setup for self-service. Cups, lids, straws, drink dispensers, and basic drink signage.

An attendant will be present to maintain cleanliness and address any inquiries.

Service Duration: 2 hours

Additional Hour: $50 (if supplies last), maximum of 3 hours total service time.

Price: +$250 in addition to the number of gallons chosen

Venue Requirements:

The venue is responsible for providing a table and tablecloth.

Maximum Capacity: Up to 200 guests


Live Matcha Bar


Experience the authentic taste of Japan with our handcrafted Matcha Latte service. Made onsite this package offers a unique and premium addition to your event. Separate from our boba service, the Matcha Latte package provides a sophisticated beverage option that is sure to delight your guests.

Price per Cup: $5

Minimum Order: 50 cups

Service Charge: $350

Includes one skilled barista for onsite preparation

Additional Baristas: $75 per barista per 75 guests

Optional Add-Ons:

Boba or Other Toppings: $0.75 per cup

Event for 100 Guests

100 cups × $5 = $500

Service Charge:

Base fee for one barista: $350

Additional Barista: $75

Optional Toppings:

100 cups × $0.75 = $75 (if selected)

Total Cost:

Without Toppings: $500 + $350 + $75 = $925

With Toppings: $850 + $75 +$75 = $1000


CATERING PRICING


We charge by the gallon for our delicious tea. Each gallon includes toppings, cups, lids, straws, and customized thermal stickers.

Price per Gallon: $80

Servings per Gallon:

15 cups of 16 oz each

20 cups of 12 oz each

Note: The beverage cost is separate from the service charges. Service options are available at an additional cost, as detailed below. Please note the max hours we can service is 3 hours. There is a 3 gallon minimum or a $20 surcharge.

For venues 45-60 miles away from Missouri City there will be a $45 travel fee. Outside 60 miles will accrue an hourly driving fee.
